About the Doctors

KURT T. BOWERS, D.D.S.

Born and raised in Bloomington, Dr. Bowers has been providing outstanding orthodontic care to his hometown for the past 14 years. He earned his bachelor's degree and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa. He went on to complete his Masters of Science degree in Orthodontics also at the University of Iowa.

Dr. Bowers is a published author and Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is a member of several professional organizations including the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Illinois Sate Dental Society, Illinois Society of Orthodontists and the McLean County Dental Society.

When he is away from the office, Dr. Bowers enjoys marathon running, playing golf and spending time with his family.
